ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1998 - SECT 13

13. Functions of Tribunal

The functions of a Tribunal are –

(a) to conduct an inquiry into a complaint; or

(b) to review a decision of the Commissioner relating to exemptions, withdrawals, rejections and dismissals of complaints.
