Division 2 - Persons entitled to birth certificates or information
77. Application of this Division where adopted person under guardianship
Where an adopted person is under the guardianship of a person who is not his
adoptive parent, references in this Division to the agreement of an adoptive
parent shall be read as references to the agreement of that guardian.
