TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) TASMANIA ACT 1999 - SECT 7

7. Documents to be given to Commonwealth Minister

As soon as practicable after receiving –

(a) a report made under section 6(c) or (d); or

(b) a copy of a warrant issued to the Tasmania Police Service; or

(c) a copy of an instrument revoking a warrant issued to the Tasmania Police Service –

the Minister is to give a copy of that report, warrant or instrument of revocation to the Commonwealth Minister.
