ANNULLED CONVICTIONS ACT 2003 - SECT 12

12. Other offences

      (1) A person must not fraudulently or dishonestly obtain, or attempt to obtain, information about another person's annulled conviction from an official criminal record.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

      (2) A person must not take an annulled conviction into account for a purpose not authorised by this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
