WELLINGTON PARK AMENDMENT BILL
2004

A BILL FOR
An Act to amend the Wellington Park Act 1993
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania,
by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled,
as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Wellington Park
Amendment Act 2004.
Commencement
2. This Act commences on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.
Principal Act
3. In this Act, the Wellington Park Act 1993* is referred to
as the Principal Act.

Section 25 amended (Contents of management
plans)
4. Section 25(1) of the Principal Act is amended by
inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
(ba) may contain any provision which a planning
scheme under the Land Use Planning and
Approvals Act 1993 may contain; and
