WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 90
(1) A person with a
direct interest in a reviewable decision (the
"applicant") may lodge a notice of dispute with the Registrar.
(2) A notice of
dispute must be in writing and in the form prescribed by regulation.
(3) A person has a
direct interest in a reviewable decision if the person—
(a) is
directly affected by the decision; or
(b) is
the employer from whose employment the compensable injury arose or is alleged
to have arisen.
