WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 88A
88A—Contempts of Tribunal
A person who—
(a)
interrupts the proceedings of the Tribunal or misbehaves before the Tribunal;
or
(b)
insults a presidential member, a conciliation officer or another officer of
the Tribunal who is acting in the exercise of official functions; or
(c)
refuses, in the face of the Tribunal, to obey a lawful direction of the
Tribunal; or
(d)
fails to comply with a summons, direction, order or other process of the
Tribunal (other than an order for the payment of money),
is guilty of a contempt of the Tribunal.
