WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 75
75—Person ceasing to be an employer
(1) Where a registered
employer ceases to be an employer who is required to be registered under this
Part, the person shall, within 14 days of ceasing to be such an
employer—
(a) give
written notice in a manner and form approved by the Corporation; and
(b)
furnish the Corporation, in a manner and form approved by the Corporation,
with such information as the Corporation may require.
(2) The Corporation
may cancel the registration of an employer if it is satisfied that the person
has ceased to be an employer who is required to be registered under this Part.
(3) The cancellation
of registration does not affect any liability that arose before the date of
cancellation.
