WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 73
The Corporation shall, in a manner and form determined by the Corporation,
maintain a separate account for each employer in which the Corporation
records—
(a) the
premiums, fees and supplementary payments charged to the employer; and
(b) the
amounts paid by an employer; and
(c) the
costs related to claims arising from employment by the employer,
distinguishing the costs related to claims for unrepresentative injuries and
secondary injuries from the other claims; and
(d) all
other costs attributable to the employer; and
(e) any
other matter that the Corporation thinks fit.
