WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 28C
28C—Rehabilitation standards and requirements
(1) Rehabilitation
programs, and rehabilitation and return to work plans, must comply with
standards and requirements imposed by regulation.
(2) Before the
publication of regulations imposing standards and requirements for
rehabilitation programs or rehabilitation and return to work plans, the
Corporation must consult on the proposed regulations with—
(a)
professional associations representing the providers of rehabilitation
services of the relevant kinds; and
(b) the
Self-Insurers Association of South Australia Incorporated and associations
representing self-managed employers; and
(c)
associations representing employers (including the South Australian Employers
Chamber of Commerce and Industry); and
(d)
associations representing employees (including the United Trades and Labor
Council).
