WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 111

111—Inspection of place of employment by rehabilitation adviser

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2)

, a rehabilitation adviser may inspect the place of employment of an injured worker.

        (2)         A power of inspection under subsection (1)

shall be exercised so as to avoid any unnecessary disruption of, or interference with, the performance of work at a place of employment.

        (3)         A person shall not hinder an inspection under this section.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.
