MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1983 - SECT 59

59—Variation of conditions imposed by Tribunal

        (1)         The Tribunal may, at any time, on application by a medical practitioner, vary or revoke a condition imposed by the Tribunal in relation to his registration under this Act.

        (2)         The Board shall be entitled to object to an application under this section.
