LISTENING AND SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 1972 - SECT 6C
6C—Control by police etc of certain records, information and material
The chief officer of an investigating agency must, in accordance with the
regulations—
(a) keep
as records a copy of—
(i)
each application for a warrant under this Act; and
(ii)
each warrant issued under this Act; and
(b) keep
any information or material derived from the use of a listening device under a
warrant, or the use of a surveillance device installed through the exercise of
powers under a warrant; and
(c)
control, manage access to, and destroy, any such records, information and
material.
