CROWN LANDS ACT 1929 - SECT 18A
18A—Power of delegation for board
(1) The board may,
with the approval of the Minister, delegate any of its powers, functions,
duties or responsibilities under this Act or any other Act to a member of the
board, or to an officer of the Department of Lands.
(2) A delegation under
this section is revocable at will and does not derogate from the power of the
board to act itself in any matter.
