ARCHITECTS ACT 1939 - SECT 3

3—Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires or some other meaning is clearly intended—

"company" means a company registered under the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth;

"registered architect" means a person registered under this Act as an architect;

"the board" means the Architects Board of South Australia constituted under this Act;

"the register" means the Register of Architects kept under this Act;

"the registrar" means the registrar of the board.
