Shop Trading Hours (Abolition of Loxton Shopping
District) Proclamation 2003
under section 11 of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1977
1 The Loxton Shopping District was proclaimed as a Shopping District on 16
March 1925 ( see Gazette 5.2.1925 p195).
2 The District Council of Loxton Waikerie has made application to the
Minister, in accordance with section 12 of the Shop Trading Hours
Act 1977, that the Loxton Shopping District be abolished.
3 It is now intended that the Loxton Shopping District be
abolished.
This proclamation may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours (Abolition of
Loxton Shopping District) Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Abolition of Loxton Shopping
District
The Loxton Shopping District is abolished.
