Parliamentary Committees (Referral of Certain Matters to
the Parliamentary Committee on Occupational Safety, Rehabilitation and
Compensation) Notice 2003
under section16(1)(b) of the Parliamentary Committees Act 1991
This notice may be cited as the Parliamentary Committees (Referral of
Certain Matters to the Parliamentary Committee on Occupational Safety,
Rehabilitation and Compensation) Notice 2003.
The following matters are referred to the Parliamentary Committee on
Occupational Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation:
(a) the Statutes Amendment (WorkCover Governance Reform) Bill 2003
(introduced into the House of Assembly on 13 May 2003); and
(b) the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare (SafeWork SA) Amendment
Bill 2003 (introduced into the House of Assembly on 28 May 2003).
