Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Law Reform (Contributory
Negligence and Apportionment of Liability) (Proportionate Liability) Amendment
Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
The Law Reform (Contributory Negligence and Apportionment of Liability)
(Proportionate Liability) Amendment Act 2005 (No 32 of 2005) will come
into operation on 1 October 2005.
