Amendment (Commencement) Proclamation 2003
This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Access to
Meetings and Documents) Amendment (Commencement)
Proclamation 2003.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Local Government (Access to Meetings and Documents) Amendment
Act 2002 (No 46 of 2002) will come into operation on 27 February
2003.
(2) The operation of sections 11, 12 and 27 of the Act is suspended until
a day or days to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations.
