DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993: SECTION
28 (4) (a): DECLARATION OF TERMINATION OF INTERIM OPERATION OF
THE BROWN HILL AND KESWICK CREEKS FLOOD PLAIN PLAN AMENDMENT
NOTICE
PURSUANT to section
28 (4) (a) of the Development Act 1993, I, the Governor’s
Deputy, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, terminate the
interim operation of the area affected by the ‘Brown Hill and Keswick
Creeks Flood Plain Plan Amendment’.
The termination of the amendment is
effective from the date of publication of this notice. The affected Development
Plans will, from the date of this notice, apply as if they were not amended by
the amendment.
