Development (Development Plans) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Development (Development Plans)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Development (Development Plans) Amendment Act 2006 (No 25
of 2006) will come into operation on 14 December 2006.
(2) The operation of sections 10 to 13 (inclusive), 14(2), 16, 17, 26(3)
and 30 and clauses 1 to 3 (inclusive), 5 and 6 of Schedule 1 of the Act is
suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent
proclamation or proclamations.
