DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993, SECTION
28 (1): DECLARATION OF INTERIM OPERATION OF WAKEFIELD REGIONAL COUNCIL
PRIMARY INDUSTRY ZONE PLAN AMENDMENT
NOTICE
PURSUANT to section 28 (1) of the
Development Act 1993, I, the Governor’s Deputy, with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, being of the opinion that it is necessary in
the interest of the orderly and proper development of the area affected by the
‘Wakefield Regional Council—Primary Industry Zone Plan
Amendment’ that the Plan Amendment should come into operation without
delay, declare that the Plan Amendment will come into operation on an interim
basis on 7 July 2005.
