DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993, SECTION 28 (1):
DECLARATION OF INTERIM OPERATION OF CITY OF WHYALLA—DEVELOPMENT
PLAN—WHITEHEAD STREET, WHYALLA PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice
PURSUANT to section 28 (1) of the
Development Act 1993, I, the Governor, with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, being of the opinion that it is necessary in the interest of
the orderly and proper development of the area affected by the ‘City of
Whyalla—Development Plan—Whitehead Street, Whyalla Plan
Amendment’ that the Plan Amendment should come into operation without
delay, declare that the Plan Amendment will come into operation on an interim
basis on 25 August 2005.
