Da Costa Samaritan Fund (Incorporation of Trustees)
Proclamation 2004
under section 19(3) of the Da Costa Samaritan Fund (Incorporation of Trustees) Act 1953
This proclamation may be cited as the Da Costa Samaritan Fund
(Incorporation of Trustees) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Declaration of incorporated
hospitals to which Act applies
The following hospitals (being incorporated hospitals within the meaning of
the South Australian Health Commission Act 1976) are declared to be
hospitals to which section 19 of the Da Costa Samaritan Fund (Incorporation
of Trustees) Act 1953 applies:
Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service Incorporated
North Western Adelaide Health Service
Riverland Regional Health Service Incorporated.

on the recommendation of the trustees of the Da Costa Samaritan Fund Trust
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
on 29 January
2004
