Dog and Cat Management (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Dog and Cat Management
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Dog and Cat Management
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2004 (No 18 of 2004) (the amendment
Act) will come into operation on 1 July 2004.
(2) Sections 10 and 11 of the amendment Act, and clause 3 of Schedule
1 of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 inserted by section 44 of
the amendment Act, will come into operation on 1 October 2004.
