Constitution (Prorogation of Parliament)
Proclamation 2005
under section 6 of the Constitution Act 1934
This proclamation may be cited as the Constitution (Prorogation of
Parliament) Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
I prorogue the Parliament of South Australia until
28 February 2006.
