Chicken Meat Industry Act (Commencement) Proclamation
2003
This proclamation may be cited as the Chicken Meat Industry Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2003.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Chicken Meat Industry Act 2003 (No 26 of 2003) will come
into operation on 21 August 2003.
(2) The operation of sections 6 to 36, clause 1 of Schedule 1 and Schedule
2 of the Act are suspended until a day to be fixed by subsequent
proclamation.
