Crown Lands (Resumption of Dedicated Land)
Proclamation 2003
under section 5AA(1)(c) of the Crown Lands Act 1929
1 The following land is dedicated as a reserve for school purposes not
intended for ecclesiastical or denominational purposes (Gazette 17.8.1961
p691):
Section 248, Hundred of Randell, being the whole of the land contained in
Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5612 Folio 203.
2 The registered proprietor of the land has consented to the resumption of
the land.
This proclamation may be cited as the Crown Lands (Resumption of
Dedicated Land) Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Resumption of dedicated
land
The land defined in the preamble to this proclamation is resumed.
The grant of the land defined in the preamble to this proclamation is
cancelled.
