TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT 2008 (NO 30 OF 2008) - SECT 27
(1) Registration of a
training provider is subject to—
(a) the
conditions determined by the Commission as to what operations the provider is
authorised to conduct by the registration; and
(b) the
condition that the provider will comply with the standards for
registered training providers, as in force from time to time; and
(c) if
guidelines have been developed by the Commission and approved by the
Minister—the condition that the provider will comply with the
guidelines, as in force from time to time; and
(d) any
other condition determined by the Commission.
(2) It is an offence
for a training provider registered under this Part to contravene a condition
imposed by the Commission on the registration of the provider.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
