TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT 2008 (NO 30 OF 2008) - SECT 23
23—Delegation by Training Advocate
(1) The
Training Advocate may delegate any of his or her powers or functions under
this or any other Act to a Public Service employee, or an officer or employee
under the Technical and Further Education Act 1975 , who has been
assigned to assist the Training Advocate in the performance of his or her
functions or, with the approval of the Minister, to any other person.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be by instrument in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional or unconditional; and
(c) is
revocable at will; and
(d) does
not derogate from the power of the Training Advocate to act in any matter.
