South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts11—Amendment of s. 4—Interpretation
Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the definition
of "Public Sector Employees Superannuation Scheme" in subsection (1) the
following definition:
"putative spouse" means—
(a) a
person who is a putative spouse within the meaning of the Family Relationships
Act 1975 , whether declared as such under that Act or not; or
(b) a
person in respect of whom a declaration has been made by the District Court
under section 4A of this Act;.
