STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 77

77—Substitution of section 5

Section 5—delete the section and substitute:

5—Domestic partnership agreements

        (1)         Domestic partners may make a domestic partnership agreement.

        (2)         A domestic partnership agreement must—

            (a)         be in writing; and

            (b)         be signed by each party to the agreement.
