STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 51
An amendment made by this Act to the Civil Liability Act 1936 applies
only in relation to a cause of action that arises after the commencement of
this section.
