43—Amendment of section 24—How to bring action etc

        (1)         Section 24(1)—delete "wife, husband," and substitute:

spouse, domestic partner,

        (2)         Section 24(4)—delete "legal spouse and a putative spouse" and substitute:

spouse and a domestic partner

        (3)         Section 24(7)—delete "putative spouse" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:

domestic partner

        (4)         Section 24(7)—delete "spouse" third occurring and substitute:

domestic partner
