STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 147
From the commencement of this section, a reference to a "prescribed
relative", " spouse" or " putative spouse" in the memorandum and articles of
association or constitution of a company that holds a practising certificate
under the Legal Practitioners Act 1981 will, where the context so admits
or requires, be taken to include a reference to a
"domestic partner".
