STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 141
An amendment made by a provision of this Act to a provision of the
Judges' Pensions Act 1971 that provides for, or relates to, the payment
of a pension to a person on the death of a Judge, or former Judge, applies
only if the death occurs after the commencement of the amendment.
