115—Amendment of section 24—Orders on conviction for an offence

Section 24(2)(a)—delete "or in a defacto relationship" and substitute:

Section 24—after subsection (3) insert:
(4) In this
section—
"domestic partner" means a person who is a domestic partner within the meaning
of the Family Relationships Act 1975 , whether declared as such under
that Act or not.
