WATER RESOURCES (SURFACE WATER PRESCRIBED AREA--MORAMBRO CATCHMENT) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 4

4—The establishment and prescribed periods

        (1)         The establishment period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 1 July 1996 and ended at the commencement of the prescribed period (22 April 1999).

        (2)         The prescribed period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 22 April 1999 and will end on 31 March 2003.
