South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations8—Meters owned by the Minister
(1) The owner of land
on which a meter owned by the Minister is installed and the holder of the
water licence in relation to which such a meter is installed are jointly and
severally liable for rent for the meter at the rate prescribed in Schedule 2.
(2) The Minister may
enter land on which a meter owned by the Minister is installed to read,
inspect, service, maintain, repair or replace the meter.
