South Australian Consolidated Regulations21—Information to be included in annual reports of boards
(1) The annual report
prepared by a catchment water management board under section 75 of the Act
must include the following information:
(a) the
rate of remuneration of each employee of the board for the financial year to
which the report relates and where an employee receives a package including a
non-monetary component, the total value of the package and the value of each
of the monetary and non-monetary components; and
(b) the
amount of superannuation contributions by the board in the relevant financial
year in respect of each employee; and
(c) the
number of meetings (if any) that each member of the board has failed to attend
during the relevant year and the reason given by the member for the failure;
and
(d) the
persons (if any) to whom the board has delegated functions, powers or duties
under section 66 of the Act and the nature of the functions, powers or duties
delegated to each person; and
(e) the
nature of functions, powers or duties (if any) delegated to the board under
the Act or any other Act and the person who delegated the function, power or
duty.
