South Australian Consolidated Regulations14—Notice to be given by relevant authority under sections 19 or 40
(1) The notices
referred to in section 19(2) and 40(2) of the Act that are to be given to
persons specified in the relevant water plan must be given by the relevant
authority in accordance with section 157 of the Act.
(2) The notices
referred to in sections 19(2) and 40(2) of the Act must be given to the public
by publication in a newspaper circulating generally throughout the State.
(3) The notice
must—
(a) set
out relevant particulars of the application; and
(b)
identify the land that will be affected by the grant or refusal of the
application; and
(c)
include an address at which a copy of the application can be inspected during
normal business hours; and
(d) set
out the text of regulation 15.
