South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations13B—Prescription of activity under section 9(4)(k)
Using water in the course of carrying on a business in a catchment area at a
rate that exceeds the rate prescribed by the relevant water plan is, if the
water has been brought from a water resource in some other part of the
catchment area specified in the plan by means of a pipe or channel, prescribed
as an activity under section 9(4)(k) of the Act.
