South Australian Consolidated RegulationsPursuant to sections 36(3), 39(3) and 45(7) of the Act, the following
information must be included in a notice under any of those sections:
(a) a
statement of the decision that has been made to discontinue, reduce, suspend
or adjust weekly payments; and
(b) a
reference to the provision of the Act and, if relevant, the regulations made
under the Act, on which the Corporation is relying to discontinue, reduce,
suspend or adjust weekly payments, and the text of that provision; and
(c) the
general basis on which the Corporation has made its decision.
