South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations36—Corporation may estimate quantity of water taken
Where a person has used a portable hydrant or other fitting to take water from
the waterworks without the authority of the Corporation or has failed to
return a hydrant issued by the Corporation when required by the Corporation,
the quantity of water taken by that person will, for the purposes of
regulation 34(2)(a), be taken to be the quantity estimated by the
Corporation.
