WILDERNESS PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 27

27—Scientific and sight seeing expeditions

A person must not, without a licence under section 28(4) of the Act, take a group of people into a wilderness protection area or wilderness protection zone on a sight seeing or scientific expedition.

Maximum penalty: $1 250.

Expiation fee: $100.
