without the permission of the Director, take an exotic plant that is growing
in a wilderness protection area or wilderness protection zone.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $100.
(2) A person must not,
without the permission of the Director, bring a plant into a wilderness
protection area or wilderness protection zone unless the plant is dead and is
brought into the area or zone as food for human consumption.
