WILDERNESS PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 17

17—Swimming and diving

A person must not swim or dive in any water in a wilderness protection area or wilderness protection zone except—

            (a)         in an area set aside for that purpose by the Director; or

            (b)         with the permission of the Director.

Maximum penalty: $1 250.

Expiation fee: $100.
