(a)
behave in a disorderly or offensive manner; or
(b) use
threatening, insulting, abusive or indecent language; or
(c)
create a disturbance or nuisance; or
(d)
wilfully obstruct, disturb or harass another person engaged in the proper use
of the Reserve.
