ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) RULES 1999 - REG 72

72—Height

        (1)         A vehicle must not be over 4.3 metres high.

        (2)         However:

            (a)         a vehicle built to carry cattle, sheep, pigs or horses must not be over 4.6 metres high; and

            (b)         a double-deck bus must not be over 4.4 metres high.
