ROAD TRAFFIC (ROAD RULES--ANCILLARY AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Road Traffic Act 1961 ;

"medical practitioner" means a person who is a medical practitioner within the meaning of the Medical Practice Act 2004 ;

"the Rules" means the Australian Road Rules.
